Replacing a Mira Agile shower mixer

My ensuite has one fitted and I want to upgrade to a dual outlet shower, rainfall head and handset. However Mira purposely make the pipe centres 50mm apart which means practically every standard 150mm shower mixer on the market won't fit without messing with tiles and the pipes behind the wall. The other side of the wall is outside so I guess access would be from the loft. Not something I'd want to do myself.
The only straight swap I could find is the Mira Minimal

Which for an all plastic construction is pretty overpriced. Are there any mixers out there that can accept 50mm pipe spacing? I've googled it and came up short

I have 3x Mira Minimals in the house.
While they feel plastic on the surface, they work well and have given no issues.
I even saw one in a cheap sale recently - it is brand new in box under the bath ready for a decade or so when we might need a new shower.
