Weather-proof garden furniture

I have moved into my current flat a few months ago and with the weather clearing up its time to turn my attentions to my roof terrace.

Its a pretty big space (for London), approx 30ft x 20ft, so thinking of usual table and chairs plus a couple of sun loungers. Modern style rather than traditional wood.

Problem is I don't have the space to store the furniture inside, and think those plastic storage boxes are a bit ugly (suppose a cover is fine), so wondering what the best bet/material is for year-round survival. Can you buy plastic stuff that does not look cheap?

Any tips /recommended makes would be appreciated.
