Hi All,

Quick question. I remember there was a website that would compare individual properties on selling price, asking price, how much the asking price varied before it sold and how long it has been on the market. I have lost my bookmark and can't find it again on Google.

Can anyone help?

I like Zoopla, albeit it is best for more mass market houses where there are direct comparators rather than just applying the % price increase for the area since last sold.

Not quiet what you were asking for but when I was flat hunting I used this website http://www.ourproperty.co.uk/ (think it's the same company that do Petrolprices.com)

Edit: There's also this website http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/ which shows what the original price was and its current one, plus the number of days on the market.
