Glueing a brick?

Drilled a nice hole through from the conservatory wall to the outside this week for the armoured cable that feeds the new outside lights and typically, it came out right on the mortar joint and sheared off a piece of brick about 3 inches long. I need to cut the brick down anyway as the cable is about 1/2 inch thick but can I reattached the remainder with something like No More Nails or 2 part Araldite?

Or get one of those plastic covers that sky use(not sure if they do large diameter) looks nice & neat & covers your misfortune
