Coming to the end of our extension/remodelling project. One of the last jobs will be the flooring and we are still undecided on this...

Kahrs engineered planks have been recommended - we're looking at long planks with 2 strip format on each plank.....rooms are quite large, but don't want it too busy so hoping this will fit the bill....

Anyone else had experience of Kahrs product?

Since we are doing all of ground floor (about 120 sq m) its a fairly big decision which we're finding it hard to make based on small sample pieces!!
I'm thinking only way to go is to buy a pack....

Looked at kahrs and decided against them in the end, we bought 'plank' width engineered walnut with a 18mm walnut top and ply base, stunning stuff cost around 40sq meter (order over 100sqmeters otherwise cost around 48sq meter i think).
Not sure where you are but this was bought from Ipswich area and cant recommend enough.

Used Kahrs.

Been down for a couple of years. Very easy to lay & good quality stuff. Really depends on your budget however. For engineered flooring you can probably spend anything from £20/m2 up to £100/m2.
