I drove past a house earlier today that had a load of builders working on it.

They were attaching what looked like 150mm thick pink faom tiles about 500mm x 500mm to the outside of the house, over the top of the existing pepple dashing.

I drove past again a on my way back home and they have covered the whole house front and side. It makes the house which is a semi look bigger than it's neighbour.

What would that be for? I cant think of anything?

Could be insulation, maybe tomorrow they will start covering that with EML then render the whole lot.

Probably insulation, then render. It works well but you cant fix /drill into .

I'm sure thats it, I typed external insulation into google and found similar.

I have never heard of that before, its going to look odd unless their next door neighbour does the same.
