Looking at the possibility of getting a stairlift installed at Mum and Dad's place.

It would be just a straight lift but would need the track to fold up at the bottom when not in use to retain access to the door just off the bottom of the stairs.

I'll continue to look around but does anyone have any recommendations of installers in the Hants/Surrey/Berks borders area, and brands, based on recent experience???

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Look for a decent second hand one, they tend not to get used much. People tend to chuck them out after granny has pegged it. Even allowing for installation it should save 75% over a new one.

^^ Indeed, when I had to help clear out a house I sold the stairlift to a company that bought used ones to refurbish. (Can't remember the name, sorry)

Look up MartinM1 on here, he runs a company that supplies and fits stairlifts, he's based in the Hants area, he should be able to sort you out.
