Wrought Iron Bench
Discussion
I have an old and rusted wrought iron bench that's been sitting under a hedge for a while - it looks perfectly sound.
I'd like to get it sorted and used in the garden and am thinking a light brush with an angle grinder and then a suitable paint.
If anyone has repaired something similar is there anything in particular I should watch for?
You also need special thinners (cellulose) if you ever want to use the brush again - either branded Hammerite or trade cellulose thinners if you can get it.
Actually it might be simpler just to use a cheap brush and throw it away

ETA: Use a decent mains drill to get enough speed and torque to do the brushing properly.
