Problem with lights and main fuse box
Discussion
Help chaps!
Recently the lights have been tripping out the fuse on the consumer unit. Like this:

It seems to happen over night rather than at any other time. Everything will be fine the night before, I go to bed then wake up, try to switch a light on in the morning and get nothing. I go to the garage, flick the fuse switch back on and everythings fine again. This has happened about 3 times in the last 2 months.
This morning the same thing happened, I went to the garage to flick the main fuse switch and it wouldn't let me. Basically, immediatly after flicking it to on, it turned itself to off again.
I realise this is a fix for a spark, but is there anyway I can trace the problem myself. At the moment I'm considering it to be some new spotlights I had fitted, but these were installed 5 or 6 months ago.
