Hello

I'am just wondering what the going rate is for fitting laminate at the moment. I'm trying to get an idea if its a fair price.
If there is any chippys or floor fitters here what would you charge for:
fitting 56m2 of laminate and also taking up excisting 56m2 of laminate. One room has undefloor heating so has to be taken up with more care then the other 3 rooms. In consists of conservatory with under floor heating. Take up old, lay new. Living room take up old lay new, run through to dining room take up old lay new, run through to hall way take up old lay new. In total 56m2. And also fitting 52m of beading around the edge.
What would be the average going rate for this job?

Many Thanks

We've recently had floating laminate flooring laid in the house.

The guy charged £10m2. Mind you, it was easy and very quick to do.
