Design our house

Just purchased a nice (well, it's still standing) bungalow of around 2000 sq ft floor area and have hit a wall - we both know which individual things we like but are unsure how to achieve them!

We have a total budget of up to 100K, this must cover new windows (we like black aluminium frames) new heating (oil boiler only), all building work, underfloor heating, wood flooring, rebuild the conservatory, bathrooms and kitchen! We want as much glass in the house as possible. Are we mad?

We've employed an architect to come up with ideas but if any keen PH'er wants to tackle it feel free!
