How much does it cost x square meter?

I know it varies greatly, but say I wanted to do a 25sqm area, which will probably need a reasonable amount of prep work.

Would I be far wrong at £100 x sqaure meter?

Hi Paddy, im in london so not that close... not looking for anything bling, just plain grey, or possibly maybe a colour. Still in the very early stages of thinking about it though, havent even bought the house I want it in. Just wanted an idea of costs.

£100-£120 depending on location, access, spec, etc, etc

be very careful with this typre of finish as once it's laid you don't want to change your mind on any layout or locations of sockets
