Where is a propert lease registered?

If you own teh lease to a flat and lose it, how do you get anotehr one? Does the freeholder have tpo provide it or is it held somewhere else as well, perhaps the Land Registry?

Yup, try the Land Registry website - you should be able to download docs from there for a small fee.
