Sold house prices in the last 2 years

How can I find out how much houses in an area sold for in the last 2 years?

Rightmove and Mouseprice only show sold prices starting from 2 years ago.

Err Rightmove and Nethouseprices both show last 2 years as a default setting. Maybe none have been sold in the postcode you've specified.

You could try nethouseprices.com too, if you'd prefer, because pages show more content than the publically available rightmove pages. But as has been stated above, rightmove's default (I think) is set at "in the last two years" so if you don't see an entry, that'll be because an entry hasn't been made to the Land Registry within that period (or has happened within two years, but since the data was last updated to Rightmove's database).
