Wood/ dresser renovation.
Discussion
I have just acquired a solid oak welsh dresser. Its very sun bleached with a few stains from oil cans, i want to renovate it so the wood has more colour and depth. I know this will mean waxing and a bit of rubbing down, but any tips? The oak is about 200 years old and there fore incredibley hard. It has a little bit of warping on the very edges of a few surfaces but overall is in good nic. It has now been dry stored for 2 moths so all the wood has dried out. (this was done very slowly, not bunging it next to the aga for a week on full chat!) I will throw some pictures up in the morrow so you can all get a better idea. I know its going to be a really nice peice when finished but i know not where to start....
