Found a couple of patches of damp in our lounge last night - there's a row of 4 or five 'dots' (about 5cm in diamater) about a foot above the airbricks.
Who would I call to find out about cause? builder? plumber? specialist??
Check the condition of your brickwork and pointing on the outside and repoint if it needs it, should be quite an easy fix. Also check for any overflowing gutters or downspouts too.
