Decking quote received

Morning all,
Our builder has just quoted £4670 ex vat to construct 50 m2 of composite decking for us. About two thirds will be laid on top of an existing patio. It will be two level, with 3 steps from upper to lower.
Also included is a very small amount of re-bedding coping stones around a pool.
Does that sound like decent value?
