Where's best to go to for lighting - spots, pendants and so on? Preferably online.. but we're based in Cambridge if there's somewhere worth visiting.

Looking for good quality, not B&Q 'bargains'.

We bought a lot of stuff from Christopher Wray lighting - several stores in London. Well worth it to get something a bit different, not weird or cheap looking etc.

Thanks for that... I should have said I was looking primarily for online shops!

Try www.nationallighting.co.uk for online light fittings.

I have not used the on line facility but have bought from their Leeds branch.

I found Iconic Lights to be very good.
