Just a little over £100k - but our pad in France was the cost of a 1 bed flat in Reading when we bought it.

We looked at buying an island from them about 5 years ago. You could only access it via floatplane or boat as it was 17km from mainland Canada. Still on their mailing lists and waiting for that special 'escape' property smile

Looked closer at the Andes apartment and it appears to be in a condo building in a slum area!
