Your local tile supplier may not get the same deal on those tiles, assuming he isn't as big a company as Topps and so doesn't by large quantities. In fact he may have to buy a minimum quantity of 1000's.
& I'll have another 50p on this being spot on.
I have spend the whole day looking at tiles and I am now further forward, there are just too many options and I have no confidence in my taste..
The tiles are to go in this kitchen.

These are the ones I have been looking at today

I also like these (I have these in my bathroom which in entered from the hall which will have the same floor as the kitchem would it look better to have the same floor right through?

And also interested in this type of polished finish, but am I likely to go arse over tit if it gets wet or I have only socks on? http://geminitiles.co.uk/products.aspx?category=Fl...
Any help, advice greatly appreciated as I am running out of time and don't want to ruin my new kitchen with my normally poor taste..

Tried that, they all come from head office boxed as Topps Tiles.
You sure about that? We're in the middle of retiling the kitchen with Topps-supplied tiles, and I have a mental image of the floor tiles (which just happen to be Zamora Grey for us too - you have good taste!) being supplied in boxes showing Seramiksan as the manufacturer. Mind you, I *could* be thinking about the wall tiles instead - if I didn't have Twister Jr. half asleep on me right now, I'd nip out to the shed and check the half-used boxes...twister said:

My advice is that if you don't know what you want, do nothing until you do know. The nightmare scenario is that you take a guess, fit them, then the next week you walk into a kichen showroom and think 'Arse, those are better'.MRSNEAK said:
could I be extremmely cheeky and ask for a photo of your floor? Can do by pm if you would rather. Nothing beats seeing them in situ.

Ah, slight problem there - remember I said we were in the middle of doing the walls and floors? No prizes for guessing which half we've completed and which half we've yet to start How did you find the quality of them?
However, after looking at the small demo installation in our local store, and having handled the tiles ourselves, both Mrs Twister and myself were sufficiently impressed with how they look and how they feel to spend our hard earned on them. As for my memory of who makes them, I was right about Seramiksan being one of the manufacturers, but they were only responsible for the wall tiles. Looking at the pile of Zamora boxes suggests they're manufactured by someone called Megastone, who may be Italian based on the fact that, whilst most of the storage/handling instructions on the packaging is multilingual, the description of the tiles actually printed on the packaging seems to be in Italian alone, with the Topps product details on a small sticky label attached to each box...
