How much does new decking cost?

We're looking at building a deck. Out of decking!

It will be around 3m x 5m, and around 1m above ground level, so will need handrails and then steps down into the garden. Any idea what sort of price we're likely to pay for such a construction?

Will you be doing the construction yourself?

Will the height enable you to see over fences into neighbours' gardens? If so, you'll need PP.
