Hello I have posted in 'Health Matters' but no one has replied! Do you think it is ok to keep my treadmill in the garage? We have run (haha) out of space inside - I am worried about the electronic display and the low temperatures in winter. Will it be ok? Thanks, S

A mate of mine has a pair of professional (ex-gym) treadmills in his detached garage and they don't seem to have suffered any ill effects..

Admit now that you will never use it again and put it on ebay now.

I bought a year old treadmill off fleabay, Weslo Cadence 8 I think it is. Put it in our conservatory in August. OH and I have been using it reasonably consistently since. First spell of hard frost and its gone to ratst. Maybe coincidence but I think its down to the cold.

Our exercise bike lives in the garage. In standby mode it shows the ambient temperature. Coldest it's been so far this winter as I've climbed on is 2 degrees. It's still working fine (unfortunately).
