Replacing bathroom fan - is this under Part P?

I'm looking to replace my bathroom fan (timed one) with the same make and model model and am wondering if I can do this myself without having to get an electrician to certify under Part P (like I can do with adding new socket spurs)?

As long as the new fan has the same electrical connections as the old one, you're good to go.
