Do yourself a favor and throw it in a skip. Otherwise try a parts center.

Italians aren't know for their boiler making prowess.

Would you effing believe it, i went to PTS in Folkestone, the chap behind the counter was young but very clue'd up, espicially on some mad mad search function on his computer, and got me the parts i needed by tomorrow!

I am fully aware that the Italians are not what we would regard as "time honoured Master Boiler makers" in fact anything that involves electrics, plumbing, water, gas/es/ moving parts/ and most importantly Fire that is crafted by Italians is bound to go wrong, sooner rather then later.

What i will say is having had a good look at the boiler in peices, it is a very simple but efficent/effective design. The bloke working on it, said it was really in very good nick... for an italian boiler......

oh the joy! rolleyes
