Calling Plumbers, Builders, anyone?

I have planning permission passed to build an extension on our 3 bed semi. This includes an extra bedroom with en suite and a downstairs toilet. What do i need to do to ensure i can have water running in two bathrooms/toilets at the same time without a drop in pressure? Eg. Toilet downstairs being flushed while shower on upstairs or both showers being used at the same time?
At the moment we have a Baxi combi boiler and a power shower.

It sounds like all your water runs off the mains - as opposed to having a large water tank - so you're reliant on the mains pressure remaining sufficient.

To guarantee equal sufficient you'd need a water tank in your loft - which would mean a lot of new plumbing.

Combination boilers are notoriously bad for this. It's not rocket science. Your pressure may be fine, but when all your water is being supplied from one (often 15mm) pipe, flow is compromised. There's no easy solution.

Try a Grundfos Home Booster. Not cheap but they seem to be designed for this type of scenario.

Perhaps the extension could have its own cold water tank in the roof?

If you have room for a cylinder-shaped 2-300 litre object fit an accumulator.
