hmmmm. Woke up this morning and there was no hot water. It's on a timer so should be heated up, and it worked fine yesterday.

In our flat we've only got electricity, not gas, so checked all the fuses on the main switchboard and all seemed to be ok. We've got a Powerflow hotwater tank/boiler thing that has worked fine until now.

Any suggestions or ideas what the problem may be?

Probably immersion heater gone. Is it a single or dual element tank? If the immersion has a fused spur switch, check the fuse, but chances are if it's gone it'll be the heater anyway.

Is it a single or dual element cylinder?

Havent got a clue! I'm useless with this type of thing.

It's got 2 power feeds, which are fused, so I'd say dual?
Appreciate your help though, plumber is coming over at 3 so any info I can give him before hand, the better.
