3 bed bungalow, currently a shell, full central heating to rads, external floor-mounted oil boiler plus all plumbing to kitchen and two bathrooms. I've just been quoted 90 hours labour at £38.50 per hour plus VAT. About right? Or not?

Depends what materials have been specced. Plastic pipe is a lot quicker to fit than copper.

You could first fix a central heating sytem for a 3 bed house in a day, using plastic pipe and two men.

Copper would take a lot longer to do. But then copper fittings are cheaper than plastic fittings.

All copper I believe.
It's a full replumb, all hot and cold water from the stopcock onwards.

It would also depend on the routing, is the kitchen close to the bathroom and the boiler? what is the house layout?
