Garage costs advice please
Discussion
Im looking to get a garage built onto the side of the house, would like the max size possible which is 34 ft in length by 14ft in width, 476 square ft, effectively it will only need three sides as one side will be attached to house, foundations would need to be enough to support future extension on top of garage.
Pitched roof front to back.
Planning permission already exists so thats not a problem but really looking for some figures from people in the know and not just gestimates, to busy at the moment to get builders round for quotes etc .
TIA

I reckon £20k+ easily, but need more details really, such as windows, doors, internal finishes.
That was just a guesstimate, but it's also a bump, 'cause I'm sure there's a few who will have a better idea.
