[Moley RUFC]

Anybody used this company or a similar one to move quickly?

We have seen a place that will take a far lower price than asking price so can afford to lose money on the sale of ours to counter the cheaper buying price in the potential house.

I'm interested to know how much less than market value these companys offer. Our house is currently on for £285,000 after 2 valuations.

Any information?

Have a look on moneysavingexpert.com at all the tales of woe from dealing with these sell your house fast companies. The upshot is you will sell via an Agent as fast and end up with more £££'s in your pocket if you market at the price you will get offered by one of these companies. Generally you will do as well at auction and have the benefit of no chain and a 28 day completion.
