Kitchen Fitting - prices?
Discussion
most will fit by quoting for a complete job and involving all teh necessary trades to complete it. Having just a quote for an average sized kitchen you could need about £1,000.
Do you want a new floor, walls plastered, it is rarely a unit install only.
Should be no more than five days of one man.

What brand of kitchen have you bought ? £1000 is about a right for a starting point depending what is involved, this should include plumbing to sink and dishwasher and removal of the old kitchen. Other trades will be extra like electrics and Gas Safe registered plumber if you have a gas hob.

£100 A Day! Jesus, that's cheap. Where you based?
I live in Huddersfield.I can keep my costs down because I dont have any overheads and Im not greedy.
Dont spend anything on advertising cause all my work comes from recommendations.
Im not corgi or a spark but I have contacts who take care of that side of things for me - only usually small jobs anyway.
Average contract takes 5-6 days and because I work wood I'm always on hand to "adjust" any items that just dont seem to fit.
Send a message if any one wants more info

OK, but put that sharp chisel down first.
The handwriting font used in the presentation of what scant information is provided on the site, isn't at all easy on the eye - especially the blue on black of the homepage.
You can't readily see any photos of your beautiful furniture without first navigating poor menus in an unnecessarily small font , then clicking on thumbnails and waiting for them to load.
When they do eventually download, many of the photos appear poorly lit, badly exposed and terribly cropped. This chair photo is typical

Given the quality of the product that you're marketing, one assumes that your target customers will be those who appreciate the better things in life. They can hardly start to appreciate them if they are having to press their bespectacled faces to the screen to try and make out detail which should be very much more obvious .
Give your web page designer a good slap. Then when he's recovered, slap him again for good measure..........................with a bespoke hardwood table leg

Just change that joined up writing font thing on the home page as it hurts to read it and maybe get a mate with a bit of a camera fetish to redo your photo's.
Also, when you click on the thumbnail it would be better to then have a < - > buttons to scroll through the pics rather than close down and open another.
Fine other than that. Your woodworking skills look top notch BTW.
Not only are we putting a new kitchen in we also need a new dining table and chairs so I'll keep you in mind. Only at the planning stage of the extension but can you PM me (or post on here if you're feeling brave) with an idea of how much that hinged table would cost to seat 6 - with 6 chairs. Chairs would be nothing fancy but would like something that I only have to buy once and will last for the next 50 years. (maybe you can't really quote given that scant info though).

The folding table you mention, in the size you want, would be supplied at around the £2500 mark(depending on the timber) however, I am currently working on piece which I believe is absolutely fabulous and quite reasonable. I dont have any pictures as yet but the table is sat on some fantastic crossed cast steel legs. The top is 4cm thick spalted beech and I estimate the price to be around £1700. It would easily seat 6, or a cosy 8. If your're interested you might want to have a look before its snapped up.
