Replacement window hinges

Hoping someone can help here. I have an apartment that was rented out but due to a load of problems had to get them evicted. When we finally got the eviction notice from the courts and went to reclaim the flat, they'd left but changed the locks! So we went through the window which is a uPVC window that just tilts.

Of course it only tints so much so we had to force it and broke the bottom window hinge in the process. Now I've contacted the management and they don't know who installed them in the first place or where I can source a replacement!? So i'm stuck, I've used google without much luck but on ebay I saw this which is similar:

What is the correct name of what am I looking for and where should I be looking?

Have you had a look at This website. They seem to have a variety of such things.
