Lang Registry House Price Index - How long to update ?

I've had my house about 15 Months, and it still doesn't register on the house price index. Should it be on yet ? I bought it for 110k as a repo, and completed in Early March 2009.

Another strange thing, is the huge price listed from dec 2006. I seem to recall that this is the date the previous owners bought the property, so i wondering if the March is an updated figure that should have replaced the dec figure ? I've removed the exact address and replaced with ZZZ's incase anyone fancied stalking me
