switching to Ecotricity

I know it's not cool to be green on here, but an acquaintance has pointed me to the above energy company. Has anyone been converted - happy with their service etc. (bearing in mind N&S rules). I'm certainly tempted to switch if they at least match my current supplier on costs (i.e. dual fuel).
