It could happen in the UK, nothing really to stop as many buildings have been recreated as part of museum sites (Roman Forts, Gatehouses and Round Houses).

interesing idea, but why do the workmen have to wear medieval clothes?

they hire people to build the castle but only on the basis they don't wear their normal clothes? imagine trying to convince your builders!
