I found it in the garden this morning. I think one of our neighbours in the village grows it 'organically'. Just off to get some Rizlas.

you will need to let it flower and then dry it before going to get some rizlas.

Yep, pick the leaves off and dry on a sunny window ledge <so I've been told>

Cannabis seed is common in bird seed IIRC, so it's likely dropped by a bird. The seed, not the 2 feet tall plant!

The big fan leaves are the least potent part of the plant and if it is from common hemp seed it won't have enough of anything to give you any sort of 'high'.

Unless the original seed or cutting was from a strain specifically bred to grow well outdoors in somewhere like the UK, it is unlikely to be particularly potent whatever you do.
