Can you reccommend a plumber and electrician in London?

Hi there, we are buying a flat in NW1 and would like to have some work done before we move in. Mainly fitting spotlights, more sockets and redoing the bathroom and removing the cold water storage tank etc.

Can anyone reccomend a good plumber and electrician?
