if you mean it's bead has slipped off into the rim, not off of the rim, and you simply need to re-seal the bead, you need a high volume flow rate of air - i.e. not a foot pump :P

k"... as you try and pick up pieces of canvas, wire and stuff.The idea is the bang needs to have finished as the seal is made, not create an enclosed environment to increase the force of the blast
