They did my splashbacks in 2008 and recently some little glass shelves for a bathroom cabinet.The best thing is that the glass can be spray-painted on the back, so you can have any colour you like, and it doesn't matter what state the wall's in behind

The glass can either be clear (low silica) or slightly greenish (which is what I wanted). The painted back is entirely up to you - but very handy bearing in mind that otherwise the wall behind will be visible. You can have curves, cut-outs for sockets and even frosted patterns - I found it useful to visit and see examples of what can be done. Anyway, chat the guy up and you'll be able to haggle a a bit off.
