Garage Flooring

My garage floor is a concrete hard floor and I wondered whether it would be possible to redecorate and make it slightly more attractive. Does anyone have experience? Is there a flooring solution that can easily be applied and is not too expensive?

concrete floor paint is available most DIY stores is the obvious cheapest option

The other alternative is hire a polisher. grinder from a tool hire place.

Thanks everyone. I spent the afternoon researching on the web and I came across a US site selling a garage flooring system called Racedeck (http://www.racedeck.com). I found similar garage mats at Floor Mats in the UK but they don't seem to have the Racedeck system which I liked because you can customize it. Has anyone used these kinds of interlocking rubber mats before in the UK? Is there a showroom anywhere where you could see how they would look? Buying it online would probably be cheaper but I'd prefer seeing how it looks.
