To be fair the one I put up, I know the area its not too bad its not as if your car is going to be vandalised you would feel safe walking to your house after work there are a LOT of these converted houses though probably too many thus the prices of £25 - £50kfurtive said:

Its really in South Bank - there was a good documentary about deprivation and drugs filmed there not so long ago.

I dont know if this counts, and its rented, but outside the property is horrific.

£25k is chump change really, even if you could get £300pcm that would still be a pretty good return!
