Glow Worm FF40 fan assembly

Morning peeps!!

Got a problem with my Glow Worm Ultimate FF 40 not firing up.
Have identified that it is the fan assembly - the fan is stuck (a common enough issue
it seems). I can't loosen it up so it won't spin, thus stopping the boiler from
firing up.

Is this "user" changeable, or do I really need to get the professionals in??
Have found the assembly for £140 locally, which seems a standard-ish price..

If the latter, any recommendations in the Aldershot area??

Got an engineer sorted out now, for Wednesday.
Has good recommendations on checkatrade, but other people couldn't
fit me in for literally weeks!!
