what winter veg?

Spent the weekend re-arranging the garden so we know have a greenhouse and a vegetable patch - My wife wants to plant stuff - but not really sure what/if we can plant stuff now.

Any suggestions?

I think stuff is quite hardy. Buy some stuff seeds, plant, and when the stuff is ripe, pick, slice and have roast stuff for dinner

How about garlic, onions, spring onion, broad beans.. all can be sowed autumn time. Pretty sure you can sow some lettuce or cabbage of some kind as well....
