Bath type shower screen & rail solution

Hi
What is the best most cost effective solution for a shower screen on a bathtub? Will also need a shower rail.
I have had glass screens in the past but not sure if that's the best bet.

Answers on a postcard.

Telescopic rail and funky shower curtain is ok looking but minimum cost and effort. After that, it all gets expensive and complicated.

What is a shower rail?

A glass screen is best in my opinion.
