In my defense, we never lived in the house and have no responsibility for the colour of the walls. I'm not sure the electrics meet 15th edition never mind 17th.

Oh and the builder was mid cleanup when I took that shot, so far they have been great.

More pictures to follow. I am particularly looking forward to the back wall coming down. Calcs for the steel were supplied via PH.
