I'm going for engineered oak flooring in the front room, 20sqm. Looking for a good place to buy. There was a link on here of a place that does this at good rate - lost it, blast the doomed PH search..

Your best bet is probably your local builders merchants as they are always up for a deal. I trawled all over the interweb and ended up getting mine from the local Buildbase. You're going to sand it anyway so the finish isn't really that important.

Engineered over solid is a good choice BTW, dont ask me how I know.........
