Another Listed Building Query!
Discussion
Just a quick question.
I've also emailed my council but they take forever to reply!
The other day I woke up to find water dripping internally from the top of my bedroom window. I've had a chap have a quick look (I wasn't in and he didn't have his ladder!) and he reckons the lead has cracked in the gutter above the window.
I'm arranging him to come back and take a proper look but was wondering if the replacement of the lead requires LBC. I don't reckon it will as it's a like for like repair, but was just wondering.
He also noticed one of the stone slabs on the roof (it's a stone roof) has cracked. Will the replacement of this necessitate LBC?
It's a Grade 2 listed building as well.
