Looking for stainless steel tube offcut

Does anyone have an short piece of s/s tube that would fit over a 42mm diameter pipe? Only needs to be 45mm long!

You'll be after an offcut of 1 3/4" OD x 18 guage to fit that size.

It's to go over a boat exhaust which seems to be copper and looks a bit tatty.
