Ignorant neighbour parking in my space...
Discussion
Humm,
Live in a gated complex with allocated parking, and one of the neighbours continues to park in my space meaning I have to park on the street... I've left a note asking him not to park there but he continues to do so...
The management company won't do anything so what's the next (legal) step?

I've got a similar problem except it's my neighbour's second car being parked across their space and 50% of mine, making it very difficult/impossible to get out of my space.
I've somewhat solved the problem by repeatedly knocking on their door at antisocial hours asking them to move the car whenever I need to get mine out. Occasionally they still do it though.
The annoying thing with mine is that there are empty spaces about 20 metres away, they are just too lazy to walk the distance.
Could you park across the back of them and block them in without inconveniencing anybody else?

Had similar problems myself. Some people are real arses. I would have thought that the mangement compay have a right as part of managing the proerty and land to take reasonable steps to enforce the parking if the need arises. therwise, you cold park in their space next time it's free.
Photocopy a picture of an angry dog and glue it to a metal sauce pan, add hanging spoons and some kind of wig - then balance this on a stick in front of your space. It will scare him away and you'll never see another car there.
Disclaimer: Might not work on a "car" but apparently works on a "cat" and the words are similar.
