Hello All,
Could someone recommend me a good builder in the Medway area.
The building regulation drawing is going to be complete before Xmas and I will start looking for quotes in the New Year.
Project:
4 storey town house - totally refurbish
Add a four storey rear extention
Convert into 6x1 bed flats
Extention size is approx 150 sq meters
Exisiting house is approx 150 sq meters
