what boiler and rads?
Discussion
If you are considering a Worcester, choose carefully and check the specs.
24i + 28i Juniors have no control over hot water temperature.
The numbers on most of the range relate to the Hot Water output. So a 30Si will give approx 30KW of hot water, but only 25KW of heating.
Same with CDI. A 37CDI will give approx 37KW of hot water, but only 30KW of heating. Don't get caught out.
If you have a high hot water demand go for the CDI range, they have a better hot water delivery rate than SI range.
I like Worcesters, they are easy to install, telescopic flues as standard and a good range of plug in programmers.
If you find an Accredited Installer you can have the warranty extended to 5 years.
Ask about though, I mainly install Worcesters, not had a great deal of experience installing other brands. Ferg says good things about Remeha boilers, but can't comment as I've never dealt with them.
